- How do the hours work?
- Every plan comes with a prepaid pool that renews on your billing date. Sessions auto-suspend after 15 minutes of no input, so a forgotten tab doesn't drain your hours. Run out mid-month? Top up from $6 or wait for the renewal.
- Is it actually fast?
- Streamed over WebRTC at 60fps. On a decent home connection you won't notice you're not local. On cellular it holds up for coding, email, browsing; you'll feel it on video editing.
- Does it work on my iPad?
- Yes. Safari, no App Store. Full physical keyboard and trackpad support. Split-screen with your notes app works fine.
- What if I already pay for ChatGPT / Claude / Cursor?
- Use them inside the VM. That's the point. We give you the machine; you keep the AI subscriptions you already have.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You get a 30-day export window. Zip your home directory, pull down your files, close the machine. No lock-in.
- Windows?
- On the roadmap. Ubuntu at launch keeps the price down; Windows adds licensing fees. Waitlist coming.
